Due to the customised nature of our products we process returns only on a case by case basis. At ARTKID® Jewellery we strive to produce jewellery of meticulous quality, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your ORDER NUMBER and SURNAME in the SUBJECT. We will at our discretion, replace or repair jewellery where determined the item is defective due to the manufacturing process.
Should the item not quite be what you were expecting, lets talk to try and resolve. Please email email@example.com with your ORDER NUMBER and SURNAME in the SUBJECT.
Please DO NOT return goods without emailing ARTKID® Jewellery first.
ARTKID® Jewellery reserves the right to exclude returns due to wear and tear, tarnishing and accidental damage. Please contact us so we may help to best rectify the issue so you can continue to enjoy your ARTKID®Jewellery.
When returns have been discussed directly with ARTKID® Jewellery please be aware of the following Policy:
Should an item be incorrectly ordered by the Customer, the Customer will bear the cost of returning the item. The item must be returned as per instructions within the email and the preferred method of return is via Australia Post, Registered Post within Australia. International methods of return will be discussed via email on a case by case basis.
Should an item be incorrectly ordered by the Customer, a minimal amount will be discussed via email to rectify the item. No revisions will be considered without prior email consent.
Should the item be incorrectly manufactured by ARTKID® Jewellery, ARTKID® Jewellery will cover all postage incurred in returning the item, plus replacement and/or alterations, including reposting to the customer.
